3.2 Business Card Users
To forward a contact using this method is simple. You bring up the contact you want to back up, and send it to your local SaveMyContacts gateway number, as an SMS message. (For example, UK gateway number is + 44 7781 489444).
You can initiate an SMS retrieve in one of two ways; log into your on-line account; tick specific contacts you want to retrieve, or use the 'select all' button, and then click on restore to initiate restore of contacts to your phone.
You can send the following command smc*223*phone number*PIN# as a text message to your country gateway, and numbers will be sent to you as business cards which can then be saved into your phone book.
You need to ensure that you have enough SMS credits before using the SMS retrieve function.
You can buy SMS credits using the on-line payment system in your account area, or depending on your country of residence there may be other methods including scratch cards and reverse-billed SMS.
