Backing up
Following subscription, we will prompt you to request automatic configuration settings via a 'smart text'. This smart text can also be sent from the 'mydetails' area of your on-line account.
You should ensure that the synchronization function has a WAP or GPRS profile activated. Examples of profiles are O2 GPRS, T-mobile WAP, T-mobile Vodafone GPRS, etc.
Once set up is completed, select the synchronization function to start a full session. For help, please e-mail us at support@savemycontacts.com or go to the user guides in your account area.
Retrieving
If you lose, damage or replace your handset, you need to load your SMC settings to the new phone. If retaining same number, send settings from the ‘mydetails’ area of your on-line account.
If you change number, please edit within the 'mydetails' section or send a 'change notification' text message (see FAQ) to your country's access number.
Once finished, initiate synchronization to recover all contacts to new handset.
